COVID-19 relief programs


In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, SBA has several new relief programs:

Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)

Paycheck Protection Program questions should be addressed to your lender. Learn more about
how to get help with your PPP loan.

Borrowers who need assistance with direct forgiveness can contact SBA at our dedicated
forgiveness call center: 877-552-2692. The call center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. ET. The call center can only assist direct forgiveness applicants. All other borrowers
should contact their PPP lender.

COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)


For help with EIDL, call 800-659-2955 (TTY: 800-877-8339) or

email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov. For help with Targeted EIDL Advance, email
TargetedAdvance@sba.gov. The SBA Disaster Assistance Customer Service Center is open 8:00
am to 8:00 p.m. ET, seven days a week.

Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG)

Technical support with the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant application portal, call the SBA
Disaster Assistance Customer Service center at 800-659-2955. SBA employees are not permitted
to assist you with SVOG applications due to federal grant regulations.

You can also contact the nearest SBA District Office to you with assistance regarding our COVID-
19 relief programs or help planning, starting, or growing your business. Check the operating
status for all SBA locations.

Natural disasters
For assistance with SBA physical loss and non-COVID EIDL related to natural disasters, call 800-
659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov. You can also use a text telephone (TTY) at
800-877-8339. The SBA Disaster Assistance Customer Service Center is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m. ET, seven days a week.

Government contracting
HUBZone program

Questions about SBA’s HUBZone program can be sent by e-mail to hubzone@sba.gov.


Eligibility assistance is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. Call
208-391-5817 Conference ID 278449067#, or find a local number.
For technical assistance with the General Login System website, contact gls@sba.gov.

Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) program


Questions about SBA’s Women-Owned Small Business program can be sent by e-mail to

8(a) Business Development program

Borrower Assistance
Borrowers can monitor their loan status by using SBA’s Capital Access Financial System (CAFS). 
For technical assistance, please contact CAFS support at 833-572-0502 or by e-mail.

Loan payments can be made using the U.S. Treasury’s pay.gov website.
