Female unil¢rmed personnel shall maintain short haircuts, that Is, the Falr should be barber's cut or collar-length, b. Wearing of fancy and colorfy) hair accessories , Jk bandanas, hair bands, clips and the like Is ‘strict prohibited c. Hair may b dyed but limited to-black.
