The overall appeai ance of personnel Is Prevailing organizational di ‘:ipline and morale, Individual discipline and onal commitment eflective of the state of It, likewise, bespeaks of 2, Relative to this, i shall be the policy of the Bureau to prescribe appropriate haircut for fernie uniformed personnel to maintain uniformity and to project an Image of pride and professionalism through the following guidelines, thus: a. Female unil¢rmed personnel shall maintain short haircuts, that Is, the Falr should be barber's cut or collar-length, b. Wearing of fancy and colorfy) hair accessories , Jk bandanas, hair bands, clips and the like Is ‘strict prohibited c. Hair may b dyed but limited to-black. Trendy haircuts (c.g. spike’) and hairstyles (e.g, highlights) are not allowed. 3.
