Recently, we have conducted a seminar that needs an LCD projector for the
presentation of topics and power points. But after the seminar lasted for seven days,
it turned out that the WIFI feature of the projector did not anymore function. And I
want a refund of my purchased item at this store since it is covered by the warranty
period.
I purchased an LCD Projector with the serial number ORM-44586CCB via your
Seiko Epson Corporation Sales Representative on May 19, 2021. I have the proof of
payment from the bank and the official receipt of the store for verification purposes.
It is written in the receipt that those clients can request a refund if there is a
malfunction of the item one month prior to its purchase. Proof of payment and
receipts are attached to this letter.
Would you please let me know what the process of refund is and its needed
documents?
