Sedex Analytics guidance

Login
There are 2 ways you can access Sedex Analytics:
From the welcome page when you first login.

Or from the Analytics tab within Sedex Advance.


Folders & Reports
When you log in you have various tabs on your left.

Home = Will see an overview of your report activity (i.e. recent reports you have view).
Explore = Where to find all your available reports.
Favourites = The reports you add as favourites are stored here.
Recent = Shows a history of reports you last viewed.

The explore tab is where you can find the folders available.
In the Explore tab you will see a list of available folders:
Folder Name Description Which user can

My Supply Chain Reports relating to suppliers in your supply A & AB
chain.
My Reports that show information about your All
Administrative company
Reports
My Company Reports that relating to your own internal B & AB
sites.
My Saved Reports that have been saved which only the All
Workbooks user can view.
Global Reporting Blind data reports (i.e. total NC across All
& Insights countries).
My Sites Modular Show reports relating to customer specific A, AB & B
SAQ SAQ data. If there are no customer specific
SAQ assigned, the dashboard and extract will
have no data.
Subsidiaries Contains save reports that are visible to any All Users
other users in your subsidiaries.
SLCP Would contain reports relating to SLCP All Users
assessments. If SLCP is no assigned, there
will be no data in the reports.
‘Company name Contains save reports that are visible to any All Users
folder’ other users in your company.

My Audits Reports relating to SAQ overview and audit AAC users

Auditor Includes audit finding reports and list of AAC users
Dashboard Sedex users
Supplier Plus Includes the Health Check report which is B Only
part of Supplier Plus. Supplier Plus is the add
on feature of Sedex Member Directory.
Report views
There are 2 types of reports view which will allow you to see your information in
different ways.
Dashboard view
Interact with the map and chart data

Extract view
A spreadsheet view of your report.
Navigation Buttons
When viewing any reports there are various buttons that will help with navigation of
reports much easier. This can be found at the top of the reports.

Report navigation button:

Undo Undo the last change.


Redo Redo the last change
Revert Revert to the default filter of
report.
Refresh Refreshes the information in the
report.
Map Navigation buttons:
The dashboard map also has buttons to help navigate the maps.

Search Search Map: type in a country name to


find on map
Zoom In Zoom in on map

Zoom Out Zoom out of map

Home Revert to the original zoom level

Map Functionality Additional map selection tool (see


below).
Map functionality button

Move Allows you to scroll the map

Area zoom Zoom in on a specific area of map

Square select Draw a square shape selection on map

Circle select Draw a circle shape selection on map

Lasso Draw a freeform selection

Filter Reports
Within the dashboard view there are various ways to filter your reports.
Top Filters
Within the dashboard and extract views, you may see filter options at the top. This
will allow you to select from a list or type to display the report information of interest.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) filters
With the dashboard you will see KPI information which you can interact with.
1. Click onto the KPI of interest (i.e. Total no. non-compliance). Note: some reports
may KPI filters in different areas of the dashboard.

2. This will update the dashboard report with information based on your
selection. You will be able to see the change within the KPI and map data.
Map Filters
Filter the map countries to create your area of focus.
1. Within the map click on any of the available countries to highlight that specific
data. As default all available countries are selected. You can also multi select
by highlighting segments of the map (i.e. Europe, Asia) by clicking and dragging
over your selection.

2. You will see that the key performance indicator fields will update based on
your selection.

3. To select more than one country on the map hold CTRL + left click on the
relevant countries.
Saving Filters
1. Click the Filter icon

2. A pop-up window will appear which would allow you to save filters. You can
also load pre-save filters from this window.

Download Reports
Within each report you can download the information as a CSV File.
1. Filter your report information within the dashboard view using either the stats,
map or dropdown options.

2. Then click the Data Sheet button which will take to the extract view.
3. Please note: ensure you have clicked once within the data table, before you
move to step 4.

4. Now click the ‘Download’ button.

5. Click Crosstab to download the CSV file.


6. Click the download button in the pop-up window.

7. You should see the downloaded file in your web browser and within the
directory of your PC/Laptop.

8. Please note: you can also go straight to the Data Sheet option (extract view) if
you don’t wish to add any filters.

Favourites
Within the folders or reports you have the option to add as favourites. This will help
with easily finding the reports you use most often.
1. Within folders and reports you will see a star icon next to the folder or report
name. Clicking this will mean the that this will be added as your favourites.
2. You can access all your favourites reports and folders from the Favourites tab.

Search Bar
The Search bar is a useful way to easily find the folders and reports that you are
looking for. The search bar can be found within folders and reports at the top. Typing
in a key word (i.e. SAQ, Audits) will give you a search result of any available folders or
reports.
Description of Reports
My Suppliers Tracker

Information you can find in this report are:

• Total number of sites in supply chain

• Number of active sites

• Sites due to lapse in 30 days

• Total number of non-compliance

• SAQ completion percentage for sites

My Suppliers Audits and Findings

Information you can find in this report are:

• Total number of audits & findings

• Most common findings

• Various findings by type

• Breakdown of Non-compliance

• Number of new or carried over NC’s


My Suppliers Lapsed Sites

Information you can find in this report are:

• Active supplier/sites

• Suppliers who are due to lapse

• Suppliers that already have lapsed

• Main contact information of supplier

My Supplier Site Workers

Information you can find in this report are:

• Total number of workers

• Total number of workers by


gender

• Percentage of workers by gender

• Gender majority by type

My Suppliers SAQ Analysis

Information you can find in this report are:

• Sites that have granted access to


SAQ

• Sites that have not granted


access to SAQ

• SAQ completion 95% or more


Single supplier site overview

Information you can find in this report are:

• SAQ Completion Summary


• SAQ Answers
• Risk Assessment summary score
• Non-Verified NC’s
• Historical Audit Information

PLEASE NOTE:
Suppliers (B & AB) also have equivalent reports to some buyers (A & AB) reports.
These reports are:
• My Sites Tracker
• My Sites Audits and findings
• My Sites SAQ Analysis
• My Sites Worker Numbers

List of Sedex Users (All users)


Information you can find in this report are:

• The total number of users


• The number different user
statuses (i.e. Active, inactive).
• What role each user has (i.e.
Company admin).

Health Check Report (Supplier Plus)*


(*This report comes at an additional charge to your membership fee)

Information you can find in this report are:

• Site/Company SAQ risk.


• Audit findings comparison.
• E-Learning course completion.
• Good examples raised (beyond
compliance).
