processing in jet milling, air classifying, impact milling, particle
surface process,dust removal and pneumatic transport technology.
Our institute has accomplished 30 projects of National Support
Plan, “863” Program, National Innovation Fund and the key
research items of Science and Technology Agency since its
founding. We has obtained the Sichuan Province Science and
Technology Progress Award 5 times and gotten 12 national
patents, we also have more than 200 academic dissertations

Haiyan Chen: Doctor&Professor ,
was graduated in Sichuan Institute of Building Materials Non-metallic
Mineral Department in July,1985. After graduating, he has been worked
on teaching and techenology research in university. He got master's
degree on ventilation and dust removal feild in Chongqiing University
Resources and Environment Department, doctor's degree on fluid
machinery feild in Sichuan University.

LNJ Fluidized Bed Jet Mill
Working Principle : LNJ Jet Mill is a device as using multiple nozzles to form sonic
speed air flow to perform superfine pulverizing. The ground materials will be brought
to high-efficient turbine classifier, the coarser particles will be swirled back to grinding
chamber for further grinding.

LNSE Energy Saving Jet Mill
Energy-saving Jet Mill is a newly developed grinding equipment based on the fluid energy conversion
character in adiabatic flow process. It makes the most of fluid pressure and internal energy to grind
material with a high efficient and saves about 30% energy than other ordinary grinding equipment.
How to save 30% energy?
High energy utilization

◆The air compressor used for ordinary jet mills prevent operation fault caused by high exhaust temperature. A
higher pressure is got through intercooling for multistage compression, the more stages it is, the lower the
energy utilization rate is, for instance, the energy utilization in the primary compression is 78% and 58% when
it`s in secondary compressor.

◆Energy-saving Jet Mill adopts Primary high exhaust temperature compressed gas to grind material and the
grinding force is the same with secondary compressor. Using the energy of air temperature prevents energy loss
in cold and heat offset during intercooling in compressor.

LNIST-660A Nitrogen Gas Protected Classifying Impact Mill is specially developed for flammable and
explosive, easy oxidizable material. It realizes superfine grinding through the collision between material
and the high-speed rotation of rotors of hammer head, blade etc.

As inert gas is quite expensive, we usually use closed cycle system，simultaneously using separation
device with strict air tightness at the inlet/outlet.

Particle size is one of the most important indicators of quality. Determines the number of powder products technical properties and
practical application. For example, powder specific surface area, reaction rate, sintering, sound, light, electricity, magnetic properties,
adsorption and deposition, reinforcing to a large extent depends on the particle size of powders. Some particle size products are

Working Principle
Depending on particles' size and density under dry-type for grading, it
uses the centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation of grading
rotator together with flow movement to perform classifying, the coarser

1、Preparation of high performance concrete——超细粉煤灰能更好地分散、填充在水泥熟料颗粒之间，起到密实填充作用，生成更多的水化
产物，使得浆体结构更加致密，浆体强度进一步提高，显著提高混凝土的强度、抗渗性及抗冻性，改善高性能混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性，提高混凝
土的耐久性。
2、Resin-based friction materials——超细粉煤灰填充的摩擦材料密度逐渐增加，硬度、抗弯强度、最大应变均呈现出先减小后增加的趋势；摩
擦材料的摩擦因数变得较高且稳定，磨耗较低，当中位径小于等于4.70 μm 时，增强效果比较好。
3、Application in polymer materials——粉煤灰中含有大量的微珠和海绵玻璃体构造，微珠在被粉碎，即被破坏表面后也会露出更多的气孔结
构和海绵玻璃体结构，从而可以增大粉体的比表面积。利用这些特点，可以将之作为填料应用在其它制品中，从而使其更好地成为某些橡胶、塑料、
树脂和涂料的功能填料。
