3. Regular Class & Doubt Class
Regular Classes are conducted as per Time Table which is
provided to the students in advance. Students need to take
maximum benefit/learning from the regular classes. If a
student misses any class or has some doubts in any particular topic then
he/she may attend the doubt classes which is also scheduled as per time
table.
4. Study Material (Modules & DPPs)
Study Material is provided in terms of Sheets, Daily Practice
Problems (DPPs) etc. Topics wise Sheets has the theory
content about the topic followed by solved, unsolved
examples. Examples are followed by Exercises which has questions from
easy to moderate and tough levels. One particular exercise has the
questions asked in previous years in respective target exams.
DPPs are a set of 10-15 questions which are given to the students as a home
work on regular basis. The DPPs has to be solved in the given time limit.
DPPs are discussed by the faculty in the next class.
5. Periodic Testing :
Periodic tests are organized to check the preparation of the
student & provide it much needed impetus. The tests are
conducted on part syllabus, cumulative syllabus & full
syllabus basis. Tests are conducted as per the pattern & target exam of the
students.

6. Academic Performance Analysis
Students performance analysis is done through their
performance in the periodic tests. Students are motivated to
perform well in the upcoming tests. Parents can see the
results of their wards on Institute's website or through app mode & meet the
concerned person at the institute to discuss the performance of their ward.

Online Application Form:
You can fill an online application form through our website by making payment of `350/-.
OMR Application Form:
You can collect application form from our admission office on payment of `350/- only.
(You need not to purchase an OMR application form if you have already filled an online application form)
For course where Admission Mode is Direct
i. You can fill online application form maximum two days before class commencement date.
ii. You can also send completely filled OMR application form with recent passport size color photograph to admission office.
iii. For smooth completion of admission process, your duly filled application form must reach us before the commencement of course.
For course where Admission Mode is R-NET
i. You can fill Online Application Form two days before R-NET date.
ii. You can also send completely filled OMR application form with recent passport size color photograph to our admission office.
iii. Generate & print your R-NET admit card from our website and bring the same at the opted R-NET test center.
Note:
ü To generate and print your R-NET admit card on time, your duly filled OMR application form must reach at least three days before the R-NET date.
ü For admission in a phase, student may appear in any one of the R-NET conducted before the course commencement date.
ü You can appear in only one R-NET through one application form.
ü Without admit card you will not be allowed to appear in R-NET at test center.

2. Through CTS Cheque
Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed CTS Cheque of the requisite amount at any of our Admission Office .
2.1 CTS Cheque should be in favour of "RELIABLE INSTITUTE" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota.
2.2 Student must write his/her Name, Form Number, Mobile No. on the back side of CTS Cheque.
2.3 Please ensure balance in the account before depositing the Fee by Cheque. cutting & over writing is not allowed. CTS Cheque should be issued from
the bank account of either student himself or his/her father / mother only (Third party cheque not allowed).
- BY POST: CTS Cheque can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Admission Office three days before the course
commencement date.
- BY HAND: To deposit CTS Cheque by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our Admission Office and fill it
carefully before depositing.

Important Points to Remember

ü Fee Deposition Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
ü Fee in cash is not accepted at our office. Fee in cash can be deposited only at bank branch/counter.

 How to Apply for Scholarship
1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria are mentioned in the relevant Course Page of this Course Booklet and on our website.
2. Prescribed Scholarship Application Form can be obtained from our Admission Office.
3. Scholarship request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
4. To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required Documents in Original for Verification & submit Photocopy (as mentioned below) along with the
Scholarship Application form at the earliest at our Admission Office.
5. Last date to submit Scholarship Application Form is 30/09/2020. No application for scholarship thereafter shall be accepted in any case.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Students of whom Result of X Board / XII Board / JEE (Main) 2020 / JEE Advanced 2020 is awaited at the time of Admission can also Apply for Scholarship at later
stage (before last date) with the below mentioned documents, if eligible.
2. In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission you can avail scholarship either:
a. At the time of paying Second Installment, or
b. By applying for Scholarship Disbursement.
3. Disbursement of Scholarship will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account by September 2020 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is
later) through NEFT / RTGS only. For this you have to submit cancelled cheque or bank passbook first page copy along with scholarship form.
4. Scholarship provided on the basis of Class X / Class XII (result declared in 2020) will be provided in Current Academic Session (2020-21) only.
5. Scholarship provided on the basis of CBSE XII Board / ICSE XII Board (TS01, TS02, TS0410, TS0610, TS0415, TS0615, ES01, ES02, ES0410, ES0610, ES0415,
ES0615) will be counted on the basis of aggregate of all subjects as mentioned in Marksheet.
6. Scholarship provided on the basis of JEE (Main) 2020 / JEE (Advanced) 2020 will be provided only in Current Academic Session (2020-21) only.
7. Scholarship awarded in R-NET will be on the basis of students performance.
8. The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: (a) Total amount in case of installment payment, OR (b) Lump sum amount in one-time payment.
9. Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother / sister (s).
A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time, No two criteria can be clubbed to avail deduction in Fee at Reliable Institute.

 Fee Refund Rules

How to Apply for Refund

1. Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from our Office and can also be downloaded from our website.
2. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with Original Fee Receipt, Reliable Institute Identity Card & Attendance Card. No refund will be
made after the Last Refund Date, except special cases as below.
3. Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
4. Amount Deductable in First Refund Case and Last Refund Case (towards Administrative & Academic Expenses) are also mentioned in this Information Booklet /
our website and Fee Challan Fee Receipt.
5. Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook
first page copy along with Refund Form.
6. Refund rules are SAME even
- If the student joins class after commencement date or
- If the student doesn't join or attend even a single class or
- If the student applies for refund before commencement of the class.

Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date

ü If a Student gets Admission in any Engineering College located in India for B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made
after deducting amount equivalent to Last Refund amount out of Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if amount paid is less than amount equivalent to Last Refund
amount.
ü Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refund will not be made for B.Sc. and other Courses.
ü Last date for such special case refund is 30/09/2020.
ü For this following documents must be submitted along with prescribed Refund Application Form.
- Original Fee Receipt, Identity Card, Attendance Card, Photo Copy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter, Fee Receipt of College Admission.

Important Points
1. Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subjected to availability of seats.
2. Keep your fee receipt safely, in many cases it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at Reliable Institute .
3. After fee deposition student must collect their Attendance Card by showing the original fee receipt.
4. After completing the Admission process student's Batch & Building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Father’s / Mother’s Mobile number, 2 days before
class commencement. After that he/she has to report in the Institute / Class Venue along with his/her Attendance Card, on the date & time as specified in SMS.
5. After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of prescribed fee as
per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee :

6. After deposition of the fee, following charges are applicable for :

7. If a student fails to deposit 2nd Installment on or before the Last Date mentioned in course booklet, late fee @ 50/- per day will be charged (in addition to Fee) upto
30 days. After this the admission shall be treated cancelled without any prior information & refund of fee.

 Important Points
1. A good coaching system increases the possibility of selection of students in the  
competitive examination. Taking Admission in Reliable Institute doesn't guarantee              
Selection in any competitive examination OR Admission in any Medical or            
Engineering College. 
2. Before finalise the admission at Reliable Institute student & parents himself has to  
ensure the basic eligibility (such as age, qualification, domicile, no. of attempt, 
physical fitness etc.) for the target Competitive Examinations. Reliable Institute can   
not be held responsible for any such mistakes or any kind of legal liabilities on part of 
the students / parents. 
3. At the time of taking admission in Reliable Institute, furnishing any wrong information  
in Application Form by the student or if student is engrossed in any undesirable 
activity, then Reliable Institute secures the sole right to cancel the admission. 
4. Reliable Institute reserves the sole right to admission, scholarship scheme,
 
methodology and process of teaching, change in classes / batch / test schedule,
           
removal or change in class venue / test center and time to time alteration of rules and

regulations. Parents are requested to read all rules related to course fee, refund &
scholarships available in this Course Booklet before taking admission at Reliable Course Booklet
Institute.  

5. The refund rules are mentioned in Course Booklet of Reliable Institute. Last date to  Course Booklet
apply for refund is also mentioned in the fee receipt which is provided at the time of 
taking admission. After this, refund is not valid. Fee deposited once would not be 
refunded after schedule date of refund. 

6. Reliable Institute does not authorise any person/employee/lecturer to accept fee in cash.      

7. Reliable Institute does not have any concern with Hostel/Mess facility. However, large  
number of convenient Hostel/Mess are available in the vicinity of Reliable Institute for which 
students are independent to make his/her own arrangement as per their desire or need. 
8. Reliable Institute does not have any tie-up with any school for schooling, however  
good number of schools are located in the vicinity of Reliable Institute. Student has to     CBSE  State Board
make his/her own arrangements for admission. 
9. Number of All India R-NET Centers in various cities are being operated to conduct the             
Admission Test as per the norms and standards laid down by Reliable Institute. Any of 
these center can be changed/cancelled. 
10. Institute gives high priority to discipline & have strict norms to maintain the discipline.  
Students are not allowed in campus without Identity Card in any case. Misconduct, 
using of mobile phones in campus or any sort of damage to Institute's / Test Center’s 
property will result into serious action against guilty (including permanent rustication 
from the institute without refund of fee followed by other legal proceedings). 
11. If a student remains absent from Class / Test, Institute may take disciplinary action  
against such student. 
12. Reliable Institute can not be held responsible if any student is found involved in any  
type of anti-social activity, committing a crime or any unpleasant incident with 
oneself within and outside Reliable Institute premise. 
Reliable Institute reserves sole right to cancel the Admission against any involvement 
in cyber crime offenses. 
13. Decision of Reliable Institute management shall be final and binding for any other point  Course Booklet
not covered in this Course Booklet. 
14. Student / Parents shall be responsible for their belongings ( i.e. vehicle, bag, mobile &  
helmet etc. ) & Reliable Institute shall not take any responsibility of the same. 
15. Rules related to Course Fee, Refund and Scholarships available in this Course Booklet  Course Fee, Refund  Scholarships       Course
are applicable for Academic Session 2020-21 only. Reliable Institute reserves sole Booklet Academic Session 2020-21 
