In a simple diagram, show a possible program for NSTP – CWTS/LTS that you can proposed wherein it has a small, individual, yet interrelated
projects below the mentioned program. You can be creative in naming the program to catch attention and ignite the interest of the program
recipient. Program must be related to any topics in the common NSTP module given last semester (Citizenship Training, Drug Education, Disaster
Awareness Preparedness and Management or Environmental Protection).

HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAM

“Drugs Drag You Down” “Slam dunk the junk” “Think Ahead: Plan, Prepare, Proceed”

Drugs take you to hell, disguised as heaven’. This
statement defines the meaning of drugs accurately in
one single line. You might think that not everyone takes
drugs, but surprisingly this has become a lifestyle of
some people. Drugs are very much a part of people who
were normal once upon a time, due to many different
reasons.
This program aims to let people know that misused
drugs affect the brain. They cause large amounts of
dopamine, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate our
emotions, motivation and feelings of pleasure, to flood
the brain and produce a “high.” Eventually, drugs can
change how the brain works and interfere with a
person’s ability to make choices, leading to intense
cravings and compulsive drug use.
The way we dispose of waste is troubling. What is worse, in
this decade alone, it would seem that waste disposal has become
more careless. What we have failed to do is to put into action the
ideas we believe will help us mitigate or adapt to climate change.
This program gives awareness that we want to develop among
public is not to throw garbage of any kind on roads, streets but to
throw them in dustbins. Also, to aware them about the
importance of cleanliness that by throwing a single candy wrapper
into its right position can safe you and many future lives from
many solutions and hazards. And can make this world a better and
safer place to live in.
Planning is an important avenue to community
emergency preparedness. The practice of emergency
response planning is best thought of as a process - a
continuing sequence of analyses, plan development,
and the acquisition by individuals and teams of
performance skills achieved through training, drills,
exercises and critiques.
This programs focuses on reduces the risk of loss
lives and injuries and increases a capacity for coping
when hazard occurs. Considering the value of the
preparatory behavior, governments, local, national
and international institutions and non-government
organizations made some efforts in promoting
disaster preparedness.
