be sensitive to the needs of all the stakeholders in its business operations.

CUSTOMERS AND THE COMMUNITY.

CORPORATE CITEZENSHIP - interchangeably used with CSR. Its focus is on what it can do
to aid the government (society) and the environment in general

CSR - ordinary people wherein they idolize because they give a lot in society. Not to create
wealth but to help the community
- believes that a business which profits and continues to grow should be socially responsible.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - Its ethical obligations lie to its stakeholders but not limited to
them.

international executives based in Switzerland, in collaborations with other business leaders from
Japan, Europe and the United States. Its stakeholders include competitors and it adheres to the

ENVIROMENTAL DEGRADATION - is a process through which the natural environment is


compromised in some way, reducing biological diversity and the general health of

the activities of a person or other entity (e.g., building, corporation, country, etc.).

In addition, the carbon footprint concept also often includes the emissions of other greenhouse
