The Department of Education ensures that quality education will be delivered as we

embraced the kind of platform we have in our educational system. It is very challenging to
build a learning environment without face to face.

Pagsangjan Basic Education-Learning Continuity Operational Plan (BE-LCOP) was

born in line with the Basic Education Learning Continuity Operational Plan of the Department
of Education to build a concrete plan and programs for the School Year 2021-2022 to ensure
the continuity of learning in Last Mile school through the coollaboration of internal and
external stakeholders.

Being a Last Mile and IP School is very hard but it is not a hindrance for the learning
institution to impart the mission,Vision and core values of the Department of Education on
continuing the delivery of learning amidst the present condition of our country by
implementing policies that are beneficial to learners, teachers and other stakeholders.
wherein the utmost priority is to assure that no learner is left behind.

Effective school improvement through the BE-LCOP requires a comprehensive plans

and actions that are responsive to the unique needs of the Indigenous clientele. The vision of
school played a vital role specially in the intervention for bridging learning gap and
intensifying learning gains. The school continue to support DepEd’s Sulong EduKalidad
campaign to move forward together. This period of new normal shall be approached with
patriotism, compassion.love and sensitivity.

The school commits to carry out its programs, projects and activities through
communications and collaborations with its stakeholders. Therefore, this BE-LCOP is crafted
to effectively and efficiently address the educational needs of IP learners .

Aid play a vital role in quality education in Last mile school. They serve as tutor for
the IP learners for the reason that most of the IP parents and guardians are non
reader.
This Learning Continuity Operational Plan was designed to set strategies for
IP School to ensure that learners will acquire the Most Learning Competencies

done for the purpose of recording and served as basis to makes the necessary adjustments
in the crafting of new BE-LCOP of the school.

These are the lesson learned:

 Some of the parents/guardians are hampered to support their children in modular

learning because of the incapability of facilitating and explaining the modules
provided for their children

 The great number of activities in each module

 Some of the learners have difficulty in reading and comprehension

 Some teachers are not computer literate.

 Some of the learners have difficulties in passing their modules with the set schedule
of the retrieval of modules

Here are the adjustments to be done:

 Continue hiring LSA (Learning Support Aid) to help pupils in answering their
modules.

 Extend the duration of answering the modules

 Give remedial reading materials to improve reading and comprehension skills of

learners

 Attending Seminars about ICT

 Home visit with proper health protocols will be done.

Situational Analysis

School year 2020-2021 in Pagsangjan Elementary School was a challenging year for
education. Admittedly we are not 100 % prepared in the New Normal Situation on the
Learning-Teaching process, some hindrances occur. Such as educational background of the
parents, most of them are illiterate and have no capacity to teach their children, they also
have poor living situation.

To address this challenges Pagsangjan ES set its goal. Ensure the readiness of parents
and learners to the new normal mode of teaching. Identify the learning context and types of
learners at every grade level and other available platforms suited to the learning
competencies. Aligned available Learning Materials with Current Curriculum Standards.
Everyone had to facilitate the transition of new modalities just to ensure healthy and safe
school environment and strengthen partnership with both internal and external
stakeholders to assure education will continue to provide quality education for better
learning outcomes. Continue hiring Learning Support Aid (LSA)
