Dear Yogesh,

Pursuant to our recent discussions regarding employment opportunities at Colruyt IT


Consultancy India Pvt. Ltd (Colruyt) it is my pleasure to offer you the position of Trainee
System Administrator at our organization, based in Hyderabad.

Your Total Cost to the Company Salary would be as per Annexure-A. In addition to
this, you will also be entitled to additional benefits as are generally accorded to the
employees of Colruyt India Consultancy India Pvt ltd., as per the company policy. The
salary review will be on a yearly basis as per the company policy. Detailed employment
contract will be issued to you at the time of your joining the Company on September 4,
2021.

In this position, you will be reporting to the Associate Delivery Head of Colruyt and
you will be under probation period for the period of six-months. During the probation,
you shall not be entitled for any leaves. The probation period is extendable at the sole
discretion of the Company. You may have to work on shifts, weekends and on public
holidays on need basis as per the requirement and you will compensated appropriately as
per the act that is being in force.

You are requested to present to the HR department during the first day of joining company
with the copy of the following documents along with the originals for verification:
1. Copies of educational certificates, starting from school leaving certificate.
2. Relieving letter and service certificate from the last employer (If employed previously)
3. Latest pay slip (If employed previously)
4. Copy of Passport.
5. Four Passport size photographs
6. Copy of PAN (Permanent Account Number)
7. Form 16 (If you are previously employed and TDS is deducted)

Please send us your written notification of acceptance over mail within two business day’s
i.e before July 28, 2021 else the offer shall stand withdrawn automatically.

This offer shall be liable for cancellation if the information given by you at the time of
interview or given in the application is found to be incorrect.

* The components mentioned in pay slip column are regular monthly payments receivable by employee.

**The Premium Bonus amount is a discretionary, sustainable bonus determined on the basis of individual and Company’s performance for
the year under consideration and long term association of the individual with the Company. Employees joining on or before 31st March of a
year are eligible to receive this bonus payable in the month of May of the next calendar year. Hence, the final amount of Premium Bonus to
be paid in the eligibility year may vary from the number indicated herein. Also, this amount is payable along with the salary for May of the
eligible year , subject to the employee being active on the rolls of the Company and not serving the Notice period on the pay out date.

Note: Allowances/Reimbursements will be paid on a monthly basis. Bills towards legitimate expenses incurred by you and your immediate
dependents should be submitted before the end of each financial year failing which the amount will attract applicable taxes.

The current block of 4 years for LTA tax exemption is 2018-2021 calendar year.

Meal card, which is tax free, would be loaded at the end of every month. However, employees can choose either meal card or cash option.
Cash in lieu of the meal card will be processed with the monthly payroll and is subject to applicable taxes. Employees can change their
options while joining / March (effective April) or in September (effective October).

NPS - If you opt to invest in the Corporate NPS Scheme, based on the consent provided by you, an amount equal to 2.5% / 5%
/ 7.5% / 10% of your basic salary will be reduced from the Special Allowance component and invested in the Scheme.

Gratuity would be in accordance with the "Gratuity Act 1972".

The disbursement of Annual Bonus is subject to you being active on the rolls of the Company and not serving the Notice Period as on the
pay out date, in the year of disbursal. Annual Bonus is paid along with September month salary for the period from 1 st October (previous
year) to 30th September (current year). For the employees joining in between the annual cycle, the payment shall be on a pro rata basis.

 ESI deduction - As applicable
 Any other deduction/tax which the employee would be liable to pay

Tax on salary will be calculated and deducted from salary as per the existing law in force (Income Tax Act, 1961).
