We increase the distance b/w die and lapper so

We use LG resin because its MFI (Melt flow rate)
is low as compare to PPM resin which decreases

In this sample we use LG resin with 1% master

We previously made 2 samples for Air filter of PPM resin. The recipie of first sample is 98:2 with 92% electret and the
distance b/w die and lapper is 145mm. The Second sample is 99:1 with No electret and the distance b/w die and
SUMMARY
lapper is 145mm. The test reports shows that efficiency of our sample is higher than the efficiency we required so
thats why we make some changes in our samples so that the required result may be achieved.
