We Fumingwei （ HK ） Limited, who are official manufacturers of x-ray film

intensifying screens having factories at ADD: UNIT A, 16/F., GLORY CENTRE, 8
HILLWOOD ROAD, TSIM SHA TSUI, KOWLOON ， HONGKONG. do hereby
authorize GREEN Limited t/a GREEN TeleMed, PO Box 1243, Port Moresby, NCD,
Papua New Guinea to submit a tender bid to supply the following Goods ,
manufactured by us medical x-ray film; x-ray film intensifying screens , and to
subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with Clause 3.9
of the Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Goods offered by the above
firm.
