An unexpected situation has occurred, and someone has to pre-accept a replacement to fill in.
The above list details the employee's time. However, unexpected employee
illnesses, vacations, etc. will often require replacement with other employees.
Therefore, we should have a list of employees that can be replaced in advance,
and we should quickly improve the problem. In addition, employee rest may vary
from situation to situation and may be omitted. Therefore, managers, or the
managers of the head chef, must set the exact time. If you have any additional
ideas, please contact us.
This will lead to more improvements coming true and good results.
