BLOOM KIT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract is entered into this _____________________, by and between:

SCET COLLEENS CORPORATION, represented herein by,

Shara Jane Chavez, Filipino of legal age and a resident of Cebu City, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY;

-and-

Kimberly Lagurin Gomez, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of #11 Westmont
St. Laguna Bel Air 2, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the
MEMBER;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of selling and marketing of cosmetics
products;

WHEREAS, the Member wish to be part of the Company by availing the BLOOM KIT, with
following inclusions:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties have
entered into this agreement, subject to the following terms and conditions, to wit:

Terms and Conditions:

Term and Duration. – This Membership Contract shall be valid and binding for a duration of Nine (9)
months, effective on April 23, 2021 until January 23, 2022.

Membership must be renewed before expiration in order for members to continue enjoying the
benefits of the Company. 

Benefits of Membership. -- Members are guaranteed the following:

 A quarterly rebate amounting to Eighty Percent (80%) of the availed package.

In the event that Company has to file for company closure, members get the balance of their guaranteed
Eighty Percent (80%) rebate, through monetary or company products, if there is still any.

Once the product inclusions of the availed Bloom Kit is shipped to the Member, the latter shall be
provided with a tracking number, within a day from shipment. The Member shall monitor the same. The
Company shall not be held liable in the unfortunate event that the package will not be delivered or in any
mishandling with the shipped items that may cause damage to the products. In these cases, the Company
shall not be liable for any reimbursement or replacement of the products.

Pre-termination. – In the event that the Member wishes to pre-terminate his/her membership
before the end of the Nine (9) month period, the amount of membership package availed/invested shall not
be refundable.

However, Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to remove, refuse or end the contract before
the end of the Nine (9) month period, when they see fit and that if the continued partnership would not be
beneficial to the Company and/or the Member.

 Governing Law. –  This transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.  In case of litigation, venue shall be laid in the proper courts of Mandaue City and Cebu to the
exclusion of all other courts.

Separability Clause. – In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Contract
shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any aspect, the validity, legality and enforceability of
the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. They
shall continue in full force and effect and the provision held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable shall be
treated as not existing.

Parties agree to fully bind themselves with all the stipulations in this contract and in any other
agreements as maybe executed in the future, that may revise and/or amend the stipulations stated
herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have signed and executed this Agreement in

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

               BEFORE ME, a Notary Public in _________________________, this ____ day

of________________, personally appeared and presenting competent evidence of their identities
bearing their photographs and signatures. All known to me and to me known to be the same persons
who executed the foregoing Agreement/Contract to sell and they acknowledged to me that the same is
their free and voluntary act and deed.

  This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including the pages on which the
acknowledgments are written, is signed on each and every page thereof by the parties and their
instrumental witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
