Your Title: Ntroduction
Abstract This is a digest of the paper describing in brief the background and problems, methods or
solution, and findings or result. You should maintain only one paragraph. It should only be written in
English with approximately 200 words. It is crucial for you to ensure that the abstract.
Keywordsnot more than 10 words used as the operational words in the paper, it would be preferable not
to use words in the title.
1. INTRODUCTION1
This section provides a brief description about :
- HACCP (what, why, ….etc ) list the reference.
- Food Industry and Product (explain about your food industry and the product product, give the
photo/picture of the product, It have to be original photos).
- Project (explain about your project, what for ? why ? the purpose of the project?…etc.
2. PREVIOUS RESEARCHES
The section should provide information related to previous researches or related works about HACCP on
any food industry. Find any paper/journal/report about application of HACCP on literature, the literature
can be in Indonesian or English but you have to write in english.
3. METHOD
In This section you have to provide How you do the project? :
- Literature study ..?
- Interview ..?
- Site visit ..?
- Discussion ..?

5. CONCLUSION
The conclusion section should contain remarks on the result of the study. What is your conclusion about the
food industry related with HACCP requirement.
REFERENCES
You may use any reference style during the review process. When your submission has been accepted, you
need to provide a bibtex file that contain all your references. Please ensure that all item is accurate and
complete. Author’s name should be written in full name (no initials). Journal name should be written in full
name. All required bib-item should not be missing. You are advised to use any reference manager tool to
improve the consistency
Every text citation must be listed under the heading “References” centered at the end of the text. And all
listed source should be cited within the manuscript. The following is an example of the use IEEE format as
