Compensation Breakage: 17L -20 L + 1L JB + transport allowance + benefits + medical insurance for self and
parents for 2 lakhs

Brief on the role:

• Implement & deliver complex project assignments involving data analysis, process design &
configuration as well as cloud software implementations.
• Ability to comprehend business problems and translate mathematical results into business
recommendations while producing client-ready storyboards.
• Ability to design, standardize and automate processes to innovate and enhance business
value.
• Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work
• Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems,
and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Project Management –
• Get accurate briefs from the client & / or onshore teams and translate into tasks for team
members with priorities and timeline plans.
• Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor
accuracy and quality of others' work.
• Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.
