To whom it may concern,

I would like to confirm that Mr. Leicester Verde a former student from Jose P. Laurel High School

went to Caloocan High School as a Grade 7 student during SY. 2019 – 2020. Since he was not able to finish

the school year due to some personal reasons, as his adviser, I opted not to enroll him in DEPED - LIS and

his pertinent documents were not filed from our school.
