I am able to deepen my understanding about the things that matters most. It is important to
for us to listen to God's words because it teaches us what matters in life. There are 3 things
that were mentioned in the readings. First, little things matter. Second, those that are not
seen by the eyes are also important. Third, God's perspective and vision is essential. Little
things must be given attention because when these little things combine, greater things will
be made. Unseen things are also important. For example, our soul, we cannot see it but it is
more important than our body which we are taking care of. We cannot see other people's
feelings, but it manifests on their looks. We cannot see the virus around us but it must be
given importance. Finally, God's vision and point of view is different from ours which is why it
is also important. In life, happiness is not how man sees, it is how God sees. We shall pray
and ask for his love and guidance for us to be able to see what is really important in life.

Today's holy mass provided me a deep meaning and answer to a question that a lot of
people have been asking. "Why am I/are we suffering? and Why do we get sick?" Our priest
explained the answer clearly. In the beginning, there is "fullness" in life where everything is at
its best. But here come the people on earth making mistakes and committing different types
of sins that's why there is a change. Nowadays, some people are more focused on enjoying
their pleasures without remembering and giving thanks to Him, our creator. We experience
suffering for us to need Christ, for us to receive the healing of Christ, for us to be connected
with Him. When we get sick, we realize our weaknesses but God sees our strengths. Those
who are healed were saved. They are saved with the healing of Christ. They are saved
because of their faith and belief in Him. If we dedicate our life to Him, he will always save us
from harm and will guide us to goodness in life.
