 Instructions to the Candidate
1. The Candidate must reach the venue of the examination at the time as mentioned in overleaf. There shall ne no entry
after Gate Closure Time at 12:30 p.m.
2. This Admit Card must be produced at the entrance to secure admission into the Examination Hall. If there is no
photograph appearing on the computer generated Admit Card, the candidate should affix a recent passport size
photograph (same as affixed on the Application Form) at the space provided above and place his/her full signature in
running hand at the specified space.
3. The candidate should also bring his/her Sparing Memo with the photograph affixed on it for identification purpose and if
not available, any one of the original photo identity cards viz. Pan Card/Passport/Aadhar Card/e-Aadhar/Driving
Licence/Voter ID Card along with Departmental ID Card.
4. No electronic gadgets except the Admit card, ID proof and Blue Ball Point Pen is allowed inside the Examination Hall.
The candidates will be responsible for the safe keep of their belongings.
5. The Examination is of 90 minutes duration and will be taken online on a computer system Questions will be objective
multiple choice type in nature set in bilingual fashion (Hindi and English). There shall be negative marks for wrong
response for which 1/3rd marks will be deducted. Selection procedure already mentioned in GDCE Notification No.
SER/P-HQ/RRC/GDCE/PERS/2020 dated 24.03.2020 (Para-14) will be followed.
6. Any kind of malpractice, indecent behaviour, creating noise or disturbing others shall be viewed seriously and would
summarily debar the candidate from taking the examination any further.
7. The candidate should only leave the Examination Hall when asked to do so by the Invigilator. The lower portion of the
Admit Card may be retained with the candidate.
8. This Admit card must not be construed as any claim for appointment of the said post mentioned above, whatsoever.
RRC/SER reserves the right to correct/modify/cancel any candidature that might have been wrongly and inadvertently
printed.

1. उ ीदवार को परी ा के थान पर ऊपर िदये गऐ समय पर प ं चना है । 12:30 बजे म गेट बंद होने पर परी ा के म कोई वेश नहीं िदया जायेगा।
2. परी ा हॉल म वेश पाने के िलए वेश प िदखाना अिनवाय है । यिद क ूटर से बने एडिमट काड पर कोई फोटो ाफ नहीं छपा है , तो उ ीदवार को पासपोट आकार की त ीर (जैसा
आवेदन प पर िचकाया गया है ) को ऊपर दी गई जगह पर िचपका दे ना चािहए ओर िनर र चलते हाथों से अपना पूरा ह ा र करना चािहए।
3. उ ीदवार को पहचान बोध के िलए उस पर लगाए गए फोटो के साथ अपने ेय रं ग मेमो को भी साथ लाना है । यिद उपल नहीं है , तो (िवभागीय आईडी काड सिहत) मूल फोटो पहचान
प ों म से िकसी एक पैन काड/पासपोट/आधार काड/ई-आधार/डाइिवंग लाइसस/वोटर आईडी काड लाना है ।
4. वेश प , आईडी माण और नीला बॉल ाईट पेन को छोड़कर कोई भी इले ॅ ािनक गैजेट परी ा हॉल के अंदर लाने की अनुमित नहीं है । उ ीदवार अपने सामान की सुर ा के िलए
यं िज ेदार होंगे।
5. परी ा अविध 90 िमनट का है और एक क ूटर िस म पर ऑन लाइन िलया जाएगा। ि भाषीय (िह ी व अं ेजी) मा म म ब िवक ीय व ुिन ाकर की होगी। गलत उ र िदए
जाने पर नकारां क अंक िदया जायेगा और ेक गलत उ र पर 1/3 वॉ अंक काटा जायेगा। GDCE Notification No. SER/P-HQ/RRC/GDCE/PERS/2020 िदनां क

6. िकसी भी कार का कदाचार, अ ील वहार, शोर करने या दू सरों को परे शान करने वाले को गंभीरता से दे खा जायेगा और उ ीदवारों को आगे परी ा दे ने म रोक होगी।
7. उ ीदवार क िनरी क के कहने पर ही परी ा हॉल छोड सकते है । वेश प के िनचले िह े को उ ीदवार अपने साथ ले जाय।
8. इस वेश प के ऊपर उ खत पद म िनयु के िलए िकसी भी दाये के प म नहीं समझा जाना चािहए, जो भी हो आर॰ आर॰सी॰/एस॰ई॰आर॰ िकसी भी उ ीदवारी को सही/
संशोिधत/र करने का अिधकार सुरि त रखता है जो गलत तरीके से और अनजाने म मुि त हो सकता है ।

 Instructions to the Candidates related to COVID-19

Keeping in view of the health and safety of all the candidates and conducting officials, Exam is being conducted by following
COVID protocols such as social distance norms, wearing Face Mask, Sanitization etc. All Candidates are required to follow
these norms.
1. Maintaining adequate and safe physical distance between two candidates is a must.
2. Use of Face Mask is mandatory. The candidate will be allowed entry only with wearing Face Mask and the Face mask
shall be worn at all times.
3. Cover your mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing with a tissue/hand kerchief/flexed elbow.
4. Spitting is strictly prohibited.
5. Self monitor your health and report any illness/symptoms immediately.
6. Sanitise your hand whenever required. Facility for hand sanitization will be available at entry gate.
7. Candidates are advised to reach the venue dwell in advance to avoid last minute crowing at the entry gate.
8. Temperature of the candidates will be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point and candidates having temperature
above prescribed limit (99.14ᵒ F/37.3ᵒ C) temperature will not be permitted entry into venue.
9. Avoid crowding outside the venue.
10. On completion of the Exam candidate shall leave the venue in an orderly manner silently without talking and duly
maintaining the social distance.
