With due respect, I am Sonalee Kolkur undersigned owner of 301 of building A-1

of Runwal Plaza Co. Op. Hsg. So.

I am writing this letter to seek permission to use the Club House hall of our

society for Family Function on 17/09/2021. The event will begin at 03 :00 and end

at 09:00. The gathering will be for 40 peoples approx.

I request you to kindly book the Club House Hall for the mentioned date. I am

ready to pay the booking amount and other expenses.

In case any damage occurs to the property I shall be held liable for reimbursing

the expenses. I request you to please grant me permission to use the premises.
