REVISION NOTE: This is a revised CSN with an added section, Improved Design, as well
as a corrected quantity in Table 1. This CSN supersedes and replaces the previously
issued CSNs 10-100 and 10-100A.

Overview WMS Gaming Inc. (“WMS”) is informing our customers that replacement parts for the
OLED Button Panel, Table 1, are available. The OLED Button Panel is available as an
upgrade for the Bluebird Upright (BBU) and Bluebird Slant (BBS-W), and is the default
Button Panel on Bluebird 2 (BB2) and Bluebird xD (BBxD) cabinets.

Improved Design The new parts identified in Table 1 improve the overall reliability of the Button Panel and
reduce the likelihood of lenses breaking.
