Upon analysing all the opportunities and risks, we come to the conclusion that the opportunity with the highest
rating is the growth of the rural sector, i.e. if JIO wishes to grow in the future, the rural market must be the most
centred. The biggest threat to them is portability of mobile numbers. When their infrastructure does not change
consistently, consumers can easily switch to another network.
