First National Bank provides personal, business, and commercial banking products and services. The
company’s deposit products include checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates
of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. Its lending portfolio comprises mortgage loans, home
equity loans, home equity line of credit, personal loans, and credit cards; and prepaid and cash services,
as well as gift cards.
Responsibilities:
• Interviewed Subject Matter Experts and performed extensive Document Reviews to develop a
thorough understanding of business processes and analyzed the supply chain to aid Business
Processes Improvement (BPI).
• Helped PO and PM in ROI Analysis and SWOT analysis in order to be prepared for potential business
and technical risks to the system.
• Oversee the sales funnel from when a lead enters Marketo to when it becomes an opportunity in
Salesforce, the CRM tool.
