PROJECT SYNOPSIS
OBJECTIVE:
In this project introduce automated biometric identification system with
visa processing system.

INTRODUCTION:
This visa processing system is already automated. Now in this system we
include biometric capture data to identify the precise information about the
person. In this process, personal data is also collected, as well as biometric
identities of an applicant. It is cloud-based system
EXISTING SYSTEM
▪ This system is an automated system and has been in use since 2015.
▪ 2 visas which only allow you to apply online.
▪ There is no charge, at present online system.
▪ They have only collected the personal details of the applicants.

DRAWBACKS:
There is no online payment so that the payments are delayed
Increased expenditure of storage
Less efficiency, data accuracy and data security
Lack of information while enquiry about particular employee
This is not cloud based system
PROPOSED SYSTEM
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Visa processing is already an automated system. We developed this system by using bio-metric
identification. Bio-metric allows a person to be identified and authenticated based on a set of
recognizable and verifiable data, which are unique and specific to them. It is useful for both
customers and employee. It also has the facility to pay the fees online and also it allows all the types
of visas.

Fully transparent system and support to accessed all device (E.g., mobile, pc or laptop, tablet).
Online payment and data highly secured.
Decrease of online crime and fraud.
User-friendly for clients and employees.
Disaster recovery planning.
Less time consuming and less cost.

Admin: This module maintains all the list of applicant details and type of visa applied. Interact with applicant via
email, manage all the details of applicant such as view, add, delete, and view all the required document.
Visa consultant officer: This module contains list of visa applications and proofs given by the applicant.
Accept/reject the application etc.
Applicant: This module maintains each applicant profile and type of visa add fair amount, apply for visa, update
the details applied etc...
Visa: In this module there are different types of visa etc covered.

Server hardware with Intel Xeon Gold 6126 processor (12 cores, 19.25M cache, 2.6 GHz) or
equivalent hardware.
PC or server hardware with at least Intel Core i7-4771 processor (4 cores, 3.5 GHz) or equivalent
16 GB of RAM
128 / 256 / 384 / 512 GB of RAM for single / two / three / four biometric modalities correspondingly,
6 x 300 GB HDD or SSD with similar capacity
4 x GPU units (NVIDIA TITAN X, TITAN V and Tesla V100 GPUs are supported).
512 GB of RAM for one or two biometric modalities,1024 GB of RAM for three biometric modalities
2 x 400 GB SSD or HDD with similar capacity
