    NON PAYMENT OF LEAVE ENCASHMENT


    Res Sir,

    1. I, the undersigned wish to submit the following few lines for your kind
    consideration and favorable action please.

    2. Sir, I have been retired from service on 31 Mar 2020. All payment except leave
    encashment has been received to me. I would like to know why my leave encashment
    payment has not been paid to me. Almost six months have already been passed. Who
    will be held responsible for interest of my encashment amount? The comdt and Adm
    Off will be held responsible to the delay payment interest on my leave encashment
    amount.

    3. Sir, I am not in a position to know the reason. Is there any court order from
    competent auth to stop payment? Photo copy of the stop/held payment order if any
    may please be fwd for further.

    4. I shall remain grateful.
