1. Personality
Curiosity

Tendency to possess strong intellectual curiosity, an eager wish or an ardent


desire to know or learn something new. The spirit of enquiry is what
gives fuel to this tendency.

Adaptability

Willingness to adjust to new situations, ability to handle a change and thus


try to balance out work demands. Consistent engagement in learning,
adhering to applying knowledge while addressing challenges.

Discipline

Ability to follow standard procedures, adhering to rules and regulations


to ensure safety compliance and efficiency in the workplace.

Self-Confidence

Having a firm belief in your thoughts, actions and capabilities even


while facing untoward situations. It is an internal state of mind
which individuals think and feel about themselves.

Open-Mindedness

Readiness to accept and accommodate others’ opinions and ideas while


being aware that one may not always be right. People with an open
mindset are free from any sort of prejudices.

Excessive sensitivity which leads to irrational behaviour and mood swings.

MYERS-BRIGGS EXPLANATION
The original ideas of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) were created by Carl
Gustav Jung in 1921.
•The actual test was officially published in 1962. The test was created to help determine
which careers would be best for women as they entered the workforce for the first-time
during WWII.
•It is a psychological analysis examination that determines a person’s psychological
makeup and how they perceive and make decisions. The test is made of four different
dichotomies or personality descriptions. One can either be:
1. Introverted or Extroverted
2. Sensing or Intuitive
3. Thinking or Feeling
4. Judging or Perceptive
