Dear Ms. Rubi,
 
We are pleased to offer you the full-time position of Supply Chain Officer at Idea 3d Solutions.
You are advised to join on17th May 2021 Monday. You will be reporting directly to the CEO,
Idea 3d Solutions. We believe your skills and experience are an excellent match for our
company. Terms and conditions of your employment are as follows:

1. POSITION
You will be engaged as Supply Chain Officer on a regular position.

2.  PROBATION
You will be on probation for a period of three month. After successful completion of the
probation period your service will be confirmed and the terms and conditions will be
governed by the Human Resource Policies and Procedures of the organization.

3. WORKING HOURS:
You will work for 192 hours. per month.

4. REMUNERATION
The gross salary for this position is 10000taka per month. In addition to this gross salary,
we are offering you additional 500 taka as mobile bill and 500 taka as internet bill per
month.

4.1 You will be entitled to two Festival Bonuses in each year which is half to the basic salary.

5. LEAVE & ATTENDANCE

You will work for 6(six) days a week.
Leave and attendance related other terms and conditions will be determined as per the
Human Resource Policies and urgency of the organization.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be required to 

 Develops appropriate supply chain strategy at the lowest possible cost.
 Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance
through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource
optimization, and profitability maximization.
 Plans manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of
necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product
demand.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Your employment with Idea 3d Solutions will be on an at-will basis, which means you
and the company are free to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any
reason. This letter is not a contract or guarantee of employment for a definitive period.
