SCOUTING POLICY:

Scouts and team executives will be asked to email Juan Polanco

(jpolanco@raysbaseball.com) to confirm their attendance by 4 p.m. the day
before attending games. Requests will be denied for scouts whose clubs are not
allowing reciprocal access for coverage of their DSL team(s).

Scouts and team personnel will be required to wear and display team
identification at all times. Personnel without team identification will be asked to
leave.

PARKING AND ACCESS:

- Scouts should park in the main lot at Rays Academy, accessed via
Carretera Guerra main Gate.
- Security guards will do screenings and temperature checks of all guests.
Once cleared, scouts will be directed across in front of the building to the
fields using the path for the visiting teams.
- Scouts will be admitted to the field half an hour before games (10 a.m.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am on Saturday).
- We ask that scouts sit in the stands near the visiting team dugout (3rd
base line) when in attendance.
- Scouts will use the visitor bathroom located near the front of the
building.
- Scouts will not be allowed to pre-game activities – games only.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

- Masks should be worn over the nose and mouth at all times.
- Scouts shall maintain physical distance from players and staff or be asked
to leave the facility.
