DIALOGUE AT A VISITING COMMISSION OF PNP OFFICERS TO THE UNITED

NATIONS

SGO: The Minister of The Interior good morning. I am the Secretary General of the
ONU, I have the honor to invite you and your health administrators, from the so
respected National Police of Peru, to our event at the embassy of the United
Nations of your Country.

MI: Good morning Secretary of the ONU, great good greeting and thank you very
much for the invitation. I will be present together with the other representatives of
my institution. I will take care of communicating you.

MI: Lord General Commander I communicate with you to provide you with the
necessary information and to know the exact date.

GC: Understood Mr. Minister, I will be present together with my health care
officers.

GD: To order my commander. Could you inform me about what issues will be
taken on this commission?

GC: Of course. The commission is of great importance. I indicate you in a General

way that it will treat the issues of the global health emergency and restrictions that
must be applied because of the Coronavirus.

GD: Ok. My Commander. I will get the communication to the Coronel.

CCH: MR General, I have received your message and I can say that this kind of
events will contribute too much to our institution, both to the police in activity and to
the personnel in training. As for example to the cadets.

CCP: Interesting. I also think the same. The issues to be treated in the commission
will be of great usefulness and will be very useful to apply them in the officers
school since they will be able to perform the daily routines with great care and we
will avoid bad consequences for health.

SGO: Good morning to all attendees of this important event. I give you a cordial
greeting to all of you. I will begin by informing you of the issues that will be
reflected in the authorities of Peru as is the National Police of Peru.

SGO: Yes please. Could you indicate what are the topics?

MI: Of your position, the topics are the following:

• World health emergency due to coronavirus.

• The measures to be applied.

• Efectiveness of the measures.

SGO: These issues will cooperate with our entire institution, even also our
citizenship, very interesting.

GC: So it is, if please. As we know, this pandemic has damaged a great part of our
planet, so answers must be given without leaving anyone behind and reducing
vulnerability to future pandemics.

GD: Also, we have to provide this solution in such a way that it is large-scale,
coordinated and comprehensive.

CCH: My commander, regarding the PNP Schools, Better equipment would have
to be implemented to the polyclinics in order to be able to provide a better service

MI: I have proposals that we could take into account to carry them out in this
pandemic, for example:

• Adapt strategies based on risk, capacity and vulnerability.

GC: I want to carry out these strategies from now on, because in the future I will
been worth it.

GD: Personally I will ensure that even the Hospital more away have all the
conditions to apply these measures.

CCH: Our Police Officers will be made respect of all their rights, so they will have
first attention at the Central Hospital as the whole citizen.

able to take care of the most important that the person has, their health and their
life.
