ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE CONTRACT OF LEASE

The following terms and conditions will be added to the Contract of Lease entered into
between Northwalk Clark, Inc. (Lessor) and Supportninja, Inc. (Lessee).

1. The Lessee will not bar tenants or people who have business on the 4 th floor of
the complex. The Lessee shall allow humans to freely use the stairs from the 2 nd
floor and 3rd floor up to the third floor and likewise allow the usage of the elevator
for other tenants or lessees who have transacted or have business with the
Lessor.

2. The Lessee will provide its own lobby and/or security on the 2 nd and 3rd floor of
the complex where its leased premises are to control individuals who transact
with it and to ensure that others who have no business with Lessee do not enter
the leased premises of Lessee without its consent. At no case shall the Lessee
charge such security and/or lobby to the account of the Lessor.

By signing this document, the parties have freely consented to the additional terms
above and shall automatically be applicable to both parties without further execution of
any other instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused the instrument to be duly executed
on the 9th day of June, 2021 at Quezon City.
