SUBJECT : Reiteration on Encoding and Updating of all Incident Report

Through CIRAS and CIDMS

1. Reference: Memorandum from that Office dated May 6, 2020 with subject
same as above.

2. This pertains to the Webex Video Conferencing presided over by the CPNP
wherein it was noted that there were fields in CIRAS and CIDMS that were not properly
filled-out, grammatically wrong, inaccurate, and incomplete data in encoding of crime
incidents. Likewise, incomplete data of arrested persons uploaded in e-Rogues, which
can affect the effectiveness of NPCS.

3. With regard to the issue above, this Office already directed the lower units to
review/revisit and update all recorded/uploaded crime incidents in the CIRAS and
CIDMS as well as all data of arrested persons in e-Rogues.
