1. Reference: Memo from AC, RIDMD dated January 23, 2020 with subject
same as above.

2. The PNP is mandated to supervise and manage all Persons Under PNP
Custody (PUPCs) specifically under the investigation unit/Offices. Hence, encoding of
data of arrested persons thru the e-Rogue system is mandatory for PUPCs.

3. In this regard, you are directed to regularly upload and update all arrested
PUPCs in e-Rogue since this will be the basis of validating the number and status of
PUPCs nationwide in real time. Submit to this Office your action taken NLT today
January 23, 2020 @ 12:00NN thru our email address.
