Heavenly Father, we come to you this hour asking for your blessings and help as
we are gathered together. We pray that you will guide us in all ways, and that we
will seek your will in everything that we do. May it always begin with your
inspiration and continue with your saving help. Give us the desire to find ways to
excel and help us to work together and encourage each other to excellence, to
reach higher and farther to be the best we can be. We ask this through our Lord
Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one
God, forever and ever. Amen.

Introduction of the speaker:

Host 2:
Worldwide, lives are stressed and strained by COVID-19. Nowhere is that more
evident than in the lives of students / teachers especially in this time of online
learning. As education adapts to teaching and learning at a distance, the
workload and the learning load of adopting a new delivery mode are taking a
huge toll on the lives of those in education. This is an immense problem that is
growing rapidly.
Always remember!
“We are strong. We are resilient. And we will get through this, together.
But these are stressful times, and it’s important to also practice good self-care.
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, anxious or afraid. But there is hope.
Reach out to someone...
Connect with your friends...
Stay in touch with your community...
And know that you are not alone.”

For today’s webinar, we are fortunate to have with us our resource speaker.
