Spiritual self.

To live a life is to have a close relationship with the Creator in order for you to find the true purpose and
meaning of your existence.

Mental self.

Having a good life means having a healthy mindset that is away from the risk of stress, depression,
anxiety and other mental illness.

Physical self.

Taking good care of your body through exercising, practicing good grooming, eating and drinking
nutritious food, and getting a good sleep are necessities in having a good life.

Having a good life entails your behavior as how you handle or manage yourself, your comportment,
mannerisms, style, routines and speech in accordance to what is right. Being responsive to your
environment and influencing things and others around you through your behavior.

Living a good life is enjoying your circle and broadening your horizon. Spending time with the people
who have the same heart as you and cherishing every moment spent with the absence of judgments,
criticisms, and worth-degradation.

A good life necessitates an unwavering emotions; having in control of your thoughts, feelings, and
outlooks. Being able to cope with life’s challenges, keeping problems in perspective, and bouncing back
from setbacks.
