1. Pursuant to Memorandum DepEd Order no. 18 , s. 2021, “Interim Guidelines On

Giving of Awards And Recognition In Light Of The Basic Education Learning Continuity
Plan For School Year 2020-2021 , F. Mendoza Memorial Elementary school shall
conduct Virtual SLAC on the said DO on May 31` , 2021 at 8AM via google meet.

2. This SLAC aims to know and understand the following:

 Monitoring and evaluation

3. Enclosure No. 1 contains the Technical Working Group and LAC Members
