� Responsible for NOC and managing Fiber Team including infrastructure and
operation activities to deliver the results what is set up by Management Team
� Responsible for technical Documentation Procedures and Filing Documents for Fiber
and Wireless Project
� Manage Fiber and Wireless Team in terms of Network Quality Improvement
� Responsible for network infrastructure for Fiber Projects such as OTF, OLT,
Chasis Installations, Access Point Installation
� Responsible for all functions related NOC Matters for Fiber and Wireless
� Responsible for managing to solve technical errors and responsible to deliver
information for the error to customer service
� Handling Customer Complaints from customers
� Communicate with sales team, finance team and customer service team
�Supervise and provide guidance to supervisors, NOC engineers on daily basis
�Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve network or customer problems
�Provide reports of network and customer status to relevant parties according to
standard guidelines
�Escalate and make decision on emergency situation
�Plan, review and approve Network Operation activities
�Arrange training for NOC duty engineers
� Responsible to be in Field as needed.
� To perform as assigned according to job requirements
Desired Skills and Expertise
� 3-4 year relevant experience
� Bachelor Degree in telecommunication, engineering, IT or business discipline.
� Good technical knowledge of at least one of the following:
� IT Transport/ Microwave/ Optical fiber Transmission equipment
� Good at 4 Skills in English
