    The Ministry of Science & Technology in Pakistan is seeking bids for the supply of office stationery, paper, computer accessories, and other miscellaneous items for the 2021-2022 fiscal year.     Supply of Stationery & Misc. Items

    Sealed tenders for supply of office Stationery / Paper / Toners / Computer


    Accessories and other Misc. items to the Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST)
    during the Financial Year 2021-2022 are invited from well reputed local Firms/
    Vendors/Suppliers situated in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The firm must be registered with
    Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities (NTN/GST), and also included in the Active
    Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, having valid Vendor Number of AGPR, Islamabad with
    physical offices, shops/stores as well as the facilities of telephone/fax.

    2. List of stationery & Misc. items along with details of Terms and Conditions can be
    obtained (free of cost) on a written request on firms letter head from the undersigned
    on any working day. Tender Notice and Terms & Conditions can also be downloaded
    from the website of the PPRA www.ppra.org.pk and website of Ministry of Science &
    Technology www.most.gov.pk.

    3. Interested parties may send their bids under sealed cover along with security
    deposit of Rs.100,000/- in the form of bank draft (Cheque will not be accepted) in
    favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO), Ministry of Science & Technology,
    Islamabad latest by 28th July, 2021 upto 10.30 a.m. to the undersigned. The bids will
    be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. The bidders or their authorized
    representatives may attend the meeting of the Departmental Purchase Committee, if
    they so desire. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.50/- that the firm has never been
    indulged in any litigation and has never been blacklisted by any
    Ministry/Division/Department/Organization of the Government(s) must be attached with
    the bids. MoST may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a
    bid or proposal. MoST shall upon request communicate to any agency/party or
    contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for rejection of all bids or
    proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
