As of now, I don't have enough money to pay the required amount for this Prelim
Examination, in which I can only pay P 5000.00. I sincerely plea for the delayed
payment for the remaining amount P 4000.00.

This is because our family right now has financial troubles and we are on the process of
amending and addressing the issue.
