The maps below reveal several changes in the Happy Valley shopping centre in 1982 and

2012.

These two maps depict disparities between Happy Valley shopping center’s structure in 2012
and its former one in 1982.
On the whole, the intitial impression of maps is that the center represented the complete
obliteration of several places to be enlarged and make room for new departments. Moreover, the
infrastructure was also renovated with the addition of some sites for certain purposes.
At one extreme, it was seen some considerable changes that, in the Western side, Furniture Retail
was built in 2012, which had been the Furniture store , was a replacement for a big lake outside
and a coffee shop in the Northwest of the mall. Furthermore, in 1982, there had been nothing in
the Southwestern corner, but, 20 years later, a new area was used to erect a parking site.
Whereas, in another side, it was buit up another room for a restaurant to the East.
At another extreme, throughout a period of 20 years, it was several places that still remained
their function. The old Food store to the North was demolished to make way for larger Sport
store and Electric store; when the original site of Furniture store was used to construct a new
Food store in the East of the centre. In addition, there were two sites even remaining their
location, they were tolets and elevators which were located right next to the main entrance.

All things considered, this process of instant noodle fabrication is composed of eight different
steps in four main stages which are storing and delivering, preparation, cooking, and packaging.
First of all, manufacterers have a great storehouse for raw materials to be kept and preserved
carefully, from where these ingredients are transfer to the production department. After the first
stage, a special mixture will be made by mixing flour with oil and water to create dough. Next,
that dough will be flatten until they become slight plates by getting them moving through the
rollers machine. After that, these plates are sliced to stripes and then rolled to make raw pieces of
noodle.
In the third stage, these pieces will be processed by a cooking system that fries these piece and
drains them off to get rid of all the abundant oil. In following steps, the cooked materials
together with vegetable and packs of additive will be put into the cup, which will be labeled and
handed out to consumers.
