(45) Compact Instrument Cluster LCD Display

The Compact Instrument Cluster LCD Display (45) shows four Operator modes and four Service modes. See this System Operation, "Menus (
Compact Instrument Cluster)" for details of the structure of the menu.

The Mode button (43) and the Scroll button (44) are used in order to navigate the CIC Menu structure.

Following is the operation of the Mode button (43) and the Scroll button (44:) .

Toggle between the Operator modes and the Service modes - Press and hold both the Mode button (43) and the Scroll button (44) for 3 seconds.

Move to different modes - Press and release the Mode button (43).

Scroll through the submodes or the screens within each mode - Press and release the Scroll button (44).

Service Mode 0 Navigation

In order to enter the Service mode, simultaneously press the Mode button and the Scroll button.

Service Mode 1 Navigation

In order to enter the Controller ECM Software Part Numbers screen, press the Mode button after entering the Service mode. Press the Scroll button
in order to scroll through the lists of ECMs.

Service Mode 2 Navigation

In order to enter the Machine Parameters List screen, press the Mode button two times after entering the Service mode. Press the Scroll button in
order to scroll through the list of Machine Parameters.

Service Mode 3 Navigation

In order to enter the Component Parameters List screen, press the Mode button three times after entering the Service mode. Press the Scroll
button in order to scroll through the list of Component Parameters.

Service Mode 4 Navigation

In order to enter the Unit Display Settings screen, press the Mode button three times after entering the Service mode. Press the Scroll button in
order to scroll through the settings of the units .
