Fluidizing Blower
1 Check blower outlet valve is in open position(ok-valve is in open position)
2 Check for any oil leakage from blower (OK – No oil leakage)
3 Check for any accumulation of water around blower(ok-no water accumulation)
4 Check for any air leakage from air lines (Ok – no air leakage)
5 Check for abnormal sound from blower motor and blower internal (ok no abnormal sound)
6 Check blower body/blower motor for overheating (ok-no overheating)
7 Check physical condition of all pressure gauge ( OK- No damage)
8 Check the discharge air pressure should be 0.7kg/cm2

9 Check for air heater condition

10 Check discharge air temp should be 110c

11 Check fluidizing header and pad for leakages

Rotary Vane Feeder

1 Check for proper working of RAV(ok-working properly)
2 Check the any ash leakages through KGV (Ok – no air leakage)
3 Check oil level in gear box (OK – No leakage, up to level mark))
4 Check rolling chain and sprocket condition ( OK- No damage)
5 Check for any abnormal sound (ok no abnormal sound)
6 Check for any ash leakages through gland packing (Ok – no air leakage)
7 Check physically temp of DE and NDE bearing block (ok-no overheating))

Note : Please enter the status as per defined OK condition given in bracket at the end of each statement
