Work Description

• Bankruptcy Offline Data Entry

• Target 5000 forms in 20 working days
• No time limit (24*5 working hour)
• Monthly Basis quality report generated.
• 20 Days Billing Cycling
• Single ID cost Rs. 29,000/- (Reason for the deposit –Due to Security purpose of the software plus
undertaking will be finished with responsibility)
• Security deposit is refundable in 3 months.
• 11 Months Agreement (Renewal Up To 36 Months).
Payment

• Minimum Billing (per seat) 5000 Forms x 05.00 rupee (at 75.01% accuracy) = Rs 25,000/- (per
month per agent)

• Maximum Billing (per seat) 5000 Forms x 30.00 rupee (at 95.01% accuracy) = Rs 150,000/- (per
month per agent)
 Quality Parameter and related payment slabs:
Pay Rate Rs 30 per Form [30-35 fields per form]
Total Forms - 5000 Up to Rs 30 per form

• 95.01% - 100% @ 30.00 rupee / form [Full Payment]

• 90.01%-95.00% @ 25.00 rupee / form
• 85.01%-90.00% @ 20.00 rupee / form
• 80.01%-85.00% @ 15.00 rupee / form
• 75.01%-80.00% @ 05.00 rupee / form
• Less than 75.00% No more work, agent/seat will be terminated
permanently
