Upon consideration, Appellants’ Joint Emergency Motion for

Review of Denial of Stay of Order Determining Immediate Possession of

Property is granted, and the trial court’s non-final order on Paulo Londra’s

motion for partial summary judgment is hereby temporarily stayed pending

further order of this Court.

Appellees shall file a response to Appellants’ the Joint

Emergency Motion withing five (5) days from the date of this Order.
