Objectives

1. To enhance skills and capabilities of the participants throughout the game.


2. To develop sportsmanship and true camaraderie of each participants.
3. To enjoy and promote a genuine spirit of unity in each game.

I. TOURNAMENT RULES

Entry
 The tournament is good for 6 teams only.
 The tournament is exclusive for available students of the College of Education in
the University of Southeast Philippines Obrero Campus regardless of the year and
course.
Registration
 The players must submit a photocopy of his/her latest Certificate of Registration
and I.D. to serve as a proof that the player is bona fide student of the university.
 The players must fill-up the registration form provided by the organizer.

Protest
A protest will be made if the following will occur:
 A player that is not a bona fide student of the College of Education.
 A player wearing a unprescribed uniform.
 A player with no complete requirements.

Agreement
The following agreements are approved by the coaches, participants, organizers
and officials based from the protest above:
 The player will be automatically out from the game if he/she did not
follow the rules and regulations.
 Only the coach will have the privilege to talk to the officials during the
game if the decision is not reasonable.
 The decisions of the officials are irrevocable.
