1 OPENING OF THE MEETING
 Mr. Moreto started the virtual meeting with a
prayer led by Mrs. Melissa M. Zapatos.
 Checking of the attendance was done by Grade
Level Chief Advisers.
 Mrs. Lolita C. Maiquez, Principal I, gave a short
opening remarks intended to remind teachers
about the importance of 2021 OBE preparation
and other school concerns.

 Mr. Moreto explained ways on how to
disseminate school, district, and division
information among the teachers, school head,
learners, parents and other stakeholders.
 Provision of Data bank of contact numbers with
CHANNELS AND PLATFORMS of PAAC
Committee was uploaded or submitted to
OBEPAACDivision link.
 According to him, OBE-PACC IN SCHOOL
LEVEL is composed of a principal as Chair and

3 FUNCTIONS OF OBE-PACC Mr. Esteven Jay C. Moreto,

 He discussed several roles of OBE-Public School Information
Assistance Command Center (PACC) as an Coordinator
information and complaints processing and
routing mechanism on the ways to
- receive, process, and respond to simple
queries, information requests, and complaints
from the general public, including those
forwarded by other DepEd offices,
- assist in the dissemination and clarification
of DepEd policies, programs, projects, and
processes, particularly those relevant to the
opening of classes.
4 Documentation/Suggestions/Reminders Mrs. Lolita C. Maiquez
 Mrs. Maiquez said that all documents should be Principal I
properly handled. She reminded everyone that:
- HTs should checked all the necessary
documents before they will be uploaded to
CANHS Official Google drive or DepEd
Tayo CANHS FB page.
- One template should be used in school
narrative reports and even in infographics
(picture story) provided by Mr. Marvel M.
Melido. He also asked to provide simple
workshop or training about making
infographics or picture story.
- New DepEd Uniform
- Vaccination (Batch 6)
