INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1. You are called for computer-based written examination without verification of the particulars furnished by you in the Online application form.
Before appearing for the computer based recruitment examination (CBRE), you must ensure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria stipulated in the
advertisement for the post in all respect & if anything is found to be incorrect at the time of certificate verification and viva voce test, your
candidature will be rejected without any notice.
2. You are required to bring this Admission Letter along with two recent passport sized photographs and valid ID proof such as Aadhar, PAN,
Driving License, Voter ID etc. in original. Please note that your name as appearing on the Admission Letter (provided by you during the process of
registration) should exactly match with the name appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/surname
post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Admission Letter and Photo Identity Proof,
you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce Gazette
notification/their marriage certificate/affidavit.

3. Candidates are instructed not to wear Shoes. Only Slippers / Sandals with low heals will be allowed.
4. Use of books, notebooks, pouch, pencil box, bags, money purse, calculators, watch, wrist watch, bracelet, metallic items, pagers, mobile phones,
electronic gadget and any other device which will help the candidate to manipulate the test shall not be permitted. Candidates are advised not to
bring any of the above-mentioned banned items to the venue of examination. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or
any misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be
disqualified.
5. Commission shall not be responsible for safe keeping of any valuable item of the candidate.

6. The candidate shall only bring with him/her the admission letter, 2 passport size photographs, Valid ID proof, one black/blue ball point pen,
transparent water bottle, sanitizer (<50ml) and mask to the examination center.  
7. Any request for Centre change/ date change will NOT be entertained. 
8. Reporting in the examination centre will be 90 minutes prior to the starting time of examination.
9. Candidates will neither be allowed to enter the Venue after the Gate Closure Time (30 Minutes before Test Time) nor permitted to leave before the
completion of Examination.
10. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or any other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment shall be considered
as DISQUALIFICATION.
11. The possibility of occurrence of some unforeseen/ unavoidable circumstances in the conduct of the examination cannot be ruled out completely
which may impact test delivery and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem which may
include movement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of re-examining is at the absolute discretion of the Commission. Candidates not willing to
move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.
12. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transforming, storing or face-lifting transmission and storage of test contents in any form
or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied
in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted as per LAW and shall lead to rejection of
his/her candidature.
13. PwD candidates must submit the self-attested xerox copy of permanent disability certificate issued by competent Authority / UDID having
40% and above for availing PwD benefits and extra time, if admissible.
14. Mere appearance in the written test or calling the candidates by the OSSC for document verification will not confer any right to selection for the
POST applied.
15. Candidates are advised to follow the Covid-19 guideline and instructions in the examination premises/centre as given in the website of the
Commission and shall bring with them self-declaration form duly filled in by the candidate as available in the commission's website vide
advisory  Notice No.: 452/OSSC date 17.02.2021 duly filled in appended thereto in the instruction. 

 
Note:
 

1. Protocol of COVID-19 like use of sanitizer, social distancing, wearing of three-layer mask must be adhered to during the examination.
2. The admission letter  is purely provisional and subject to rejection. The eligibility of candidate shall be decided after verification of
original certificate & documents submitted him/her. Submission of false/incorrect information/suppression of any relevant
information/non-satisfying the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post shall entail disqualification.
3. The candidature of the applicant shall be cancelled if he/she remains absent in Written Examination.
4. Any request for change of date of Written Examination shall not be entertained by the Commission.
