Type of Meeting : Coordinating meeting – 1st meeting in the East District

Call to Order : Meeting was called to order at Opol East District Office

I. CONSENSUS BASED FROM THE AGENDA:


A. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Motion: To elect IM’s Officers

Vote: Unanimous votation

Resolved: Official List of Officers who shall embrace wholeheartedly the challenge and

Responsibility:

B. SCHCEDULE OF DUTY

Motion: Three (3) IM’s per day @9:00 am to 12:00 nn as raised by the DALSC

Vote: Picking of scheduled duty in a prepared piece of paper

Resolved: Assigned IM shall be on attendance on the scheduled date

C. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Motion: Printing of 5 sets LAS from LS 1-6 every duty of the IM

Vote: Unanimous approval

Resolved: Assigned 3 IMs shall do their share of responsibility.

D. SCHEDULED MEETING

Motion: Every end of the month

Vote: Unanimous approval

Resolved: Every end of the month is the scheduled of the meeting; the assigned host is the
birthday celebrant on the said month.

E. LEARNER’S ATTENDANCE
 Follow the same format from the previous months.

II. REPORTS:
 Courtesy Call. Assigned IM per barangay part of the east district will ask on the

scheduled day and time of each barangay courtesy call. (details to follow).

 Additional IMs: 1 male; 2 female approved by the PSDS.

III. ISSUES:

ISSUES NO. 1
Motion: Based from the current observations and records, number of enrollment is slowly
fluctuating due to COPY and ANSWER method of attending the LAS. Thus, the body come up
with an idea of making an answer sheets.

Vote: Unanimous approval

Resolved: Making of answer sheets indeed followed the scheduled duty of the IM, e.g.
Monday group assigned to LAS 1 and so on and so forth…

ISSUES NO. 2

Motion: In line with the strict implementation of the IATF protocols, some volunteers were
held temporarily in the checkpoint area for the reason of not having government ID to
present as one in the front lines. In this connection, ALS volunteers were seemingly looking
for the realization of ID and uniform.

Vote: Unanimous approval

Resolved: Through solicitation letter to different barangays.

IV. PLANS:
 To solicit barangays to fund the project, ID and uniform (color maroon) for 17
volunteer teachers in the East District
 To create FB Page for Opol East District

V. ADJOURNMENT:
Meeting adjourned at 4:30 pm.
