Tech. 2021-22 The students of VII semesters B. Tech. are hereby informed to submit the choice of open elective for VII semester. The instructions/ guidelines for submitting the choice are as follows — 1). The choice is to be submitted online (through Google form). The link will be made available on CR group and will also be made available to all HoDs. 2) Write your name as it appears on your grade report 3) Write your correct registration ID 4) Write your ten digit mobile number, Do not prefix the mobile number with 0 or 91 or +91. Write only one mobile number 5) For writing branch code use following table: Student's Branch Branch code Civil Engineering CE Mechanical Engineering ME Electrical Engine EE Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering ET ‘Computer Science and Engineering cs Information Technology Ir Instrumentation Engineering IN e.g. students of Electrical Engineering branch should write branch code as EE, students of Instrumentation Engineering branch should write branch code as IN 6) Open elective course will be allotted on merit basis (on the basis of CGPA obtained up to sixth semester). Write your correct CGPA obtained up to sixth semester. If your CGPA is found to be wrong, your choice form will be rejected and any open elective course will be allotted to you (which may not be as per your preference). Also strict action will be taken if wrong CGPA is entered 7) Submitting preferences: i) Each student has to give six choices (preference wise). Students of Computer Science & Engineering, and Informational Technology branch have to give five choices only. ii) Students cannot take course offered by their own department. For example — students of Civil Engineering branch cannot take CEU704 (C) (Project Management).
