Offer validity:

This proposal is valid for Thirty (15) Calendar days.

Payment Terms:
Request to pay 70% along with the work order, 20% on the day of delivery and installation of
equipment, and the rest 10% during the day of commissioning.
Warranty:
The standard warranty is One (01) Year for complete system. The manufacturer’s warranties of the
equipment’s are mentioned below:
Solar PV Modules:
REC Solar: 25 years of Linear Power Output Warranty.

Delivery & Installation:

Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning will be done within Three (01) weeks of issuing work
order.

What Warranty does not cover:

Warranty does not cover any Natural Cause (Force Majeure) like Earthquake, Thundering and
Tornado etc. It also does not cover any fire incident, intentional damages and mishandling/improper
usage of the products.
