MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON DIFFERENT STRATEGIES, INNOVATIONS AND

TEACHING TECHNIQUES CONCERNED TO PARENTS’ FEEDBACK

Date: January 24, 2021

Time Started: 9:00 am.
Attendance: 22 Teachers
Agenda:

 Rationale, Scope of the Workshop

Mrs. Marilyn A. Patag delivered the following:
 Rationale
 Scope of the Workshop
 Feedback Mechanism/ Feedback Form
Mrs. Rowena C. Dela Torre discussed the process flow of the feedback
mechanism/ feedback form and how it was distributed and gathered.

 Feedback Result
Mrs. Haydee SJ. Sta Ana reported the results of the feedback form gathered
from
each grade level. It was consolidated by the advisers of each section. She
discussed the subjects that are difficult to answer based on the parents
comments.

 Plan of Action
Based from the consolidated results of the feedback, Mrs. Corina B. Francisco
proposed an action plan that will help the performance of the teachers, pupils
and parents and overcome the difficulties in learning during this pandemic time.

 Assessment strategy using visual basic application; A free interactive quiz

application ICT class.
Mr. Ricardo C. Ahillon Jr. discussed this intervention as very useful for the
teachers. He also highlighted that using the visual basic application we could
create assessment that uses information communications technology. As an
interactive tool in assessing the paper and pencil test it could give an accurate
number of total answers of the students and the real score obtained by the
student after taking the exam. Teachers could create assessment without the
use of internet and other software or applications since this visual basic
application uses only the microsoft powerpoint application

 ELOL (Educating Learners about Online Learning)

One of the helpful topic was discussed by Ms. Rychelle Faith A. Angeles. This
intervention will benefit both teachers and learners as they can practice how to
use the tools and platforms that can be used in Online Learning during this
pandemic time.
 Development and Validation of CAI/CAL
Mr. Ricardo C. Ahillon Jr. discussed also another intervention that will greatly
help the teachers to improved their performance using this CAI/CAL. He said in
making computer aided instruction and computer-aided lessons teachers will
become innovative teacher inside the classroom. We know that instructional
materials made from papers, plastics, and etc could be damaged or destroyed
easily it doesn't have any assurance that the materials made can last. Why
teachers should think to a instructional material or materials that could last that
could be seen innovatively and could the capture the attention of the students
inside the classroom. In the 21st century, teachers are expected to embrace the
challenge to innovate themselves, to become efficient, and effective in using ICT
materials.
 Project AKAP (Anak, Kamusta ang Pag-aaral?)
Mrs. Rowena C. Dela Torre explained the meaning of the project initiated by the
Division office and how it will be implemented.

Time Ended: 4:00 pm.

Mga Puna at Mungkahi ng mga Magulang.

review review lng pag exams at pag assignments.

- Magkaroon ng follow-up teaching kahit once a week o online teaching
Math at Music.

Either recorded video or google meet. May
